Talent Acquisitions Director or Manager – NYC

This is one of our new clients is an information services company and we are proud to assist them with several new opportunities around the country. They are looking for a Talent Acquisitions executive and depending on experience it can be a Director or Manager role. The client boosts the following regarding their company:

Requirements Include:

  • Has managed teams of 2 or more
  • Has at least 3 years of internal/corporate recruiting experience, prior agency work OK
  • Data, process, and operationally oriented, strong attention to detail
  • Heavy stakeholder management experience
  • Not only responsibility for functional oversight, must be able to also hands-on recruit
  • Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder
  • Strong ATS management experience
  • Generalist Recruiter, not just Tech
  • Experience working directly with Comp, HRBP, and Finance
  • Jobvite a plus

Duties Include:

  • Constantly identifying ways to further the teams’ strategic offerings and abilities to best meet the ongoing demands of the business
  • Manage and a recruit for a portfolio of positions
  • Work closely with Compensation, Finance, and HRBPs to solve business needs
  • Strive for exceptional and best-in-class candidate experience
  • Develop strong internal relationships and performance measures
  • Work closley with VP and Global head of Talent Acquisition, Business Unit Managers and HRBP’s to execute workforce plan with recruitment budget in mind


  • Salary range $130,000 – $165,000 DOE
  • Performance Bonus Up to 20%
