Business Coach, Staffing and HR Professionals To Provide Viable Solutions For Assisting Small Business Owners With Maximizing Growth Potential and 2016 Goals.

CHANDLER, AZ, December 29, 2015 – Is your business ‘2016 Ready’? Join Steve Murphy of FocalPoint, LT Ladino of Clique Hiring Solutions and Ed Fabritiis of HR-1 Source to get your business off to a strong 2016 start. This team will host the “Growing Pains” Workshop for small to medium business owners on February 4, 2016. The workshop will be held at the Ocotillo Village Health Club & Spa from 8:00am-10:00am. The registration fee of $25 includes breakfast and interactive sessions that will stimulate thoughts regarding an owner’s readiness to do business in 2016.

The mission of the hosts is to equip small to medium business owners with tools so they will be prepared to reach their desired goals; boost productivity by increasing their team and helping them succeed in managing their company efficiently. “Helping owners tackle issues as how to identify the right marketing tools to take their business to the next level, how to increase productivity by hiring the right people, and how to run their business effectively,” states LT Ladino the workshop organizer.  Owners may be caught off guard or be unable to move quickly enough to manage the needs of their customers and employees.  “We believe our collective experience and the information we share will provide thought provoking dialogue with small business owners who realize help is needed for their company’s success,” she continues.

The “Growing Pains” Workshop local event sponsors include the Ocotillo Village Health Club & Spa, Comerica Bank (located at Gilbert Rd and Germann Rd.) and Bryant Commercial Real Estate.  Space is limited to 50 businesses. To register and for more information visit the event website at http://www.cliquehiring.com/GrowingPains. Registration opens January 9, 2016.
