Our client is a growing assisted living company who is looking for experienced Executive Directors with startup experience for one of their ALFs in the Raleigh area and is willing to relocate the right candidate. Their openings are mostly due to retirement or promotions. This company is driven by hospitality and quality care. Their are under 100-bed facilities that have no survey or census issues.
- Must have at least 3 years experience as an Executive Director or Administrator in long-term care or assisted living.
- Must have experience opening new facilities or startup experience
- Must have experience in marketing senior healthcare facility experience
- College degree BA/BS required.
- A Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- We are looking for a people person who is a strong leader that takes ownership.
- Proven track record of sales growth and survey history.
- Current Administrator license/ED assisted living license preferred.
