Their openings are mostly due to retirement or promotions. This company is driven by hospitality and quality care. Their are under 100-bed facilities that have no survey or census issues. The facilities are located in beautiful suburban areas in the Charlotte area.
- Must have at least 3 years experience as an Executive Director or Administrator in long-term care or assisted living.
- College degree BA/BS required.
- A Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- We are looking for a people person who is a strong leader.
- Proven track record of sales growth and survey history.
- Current Administrator license/ED assisted living license preferred.
