Assisted Living Chief Operating Officer – Detroit

We have an exclusive search for a top-notch Chief Operation Officer who is currently in a C-Level role. A planned promotion has created an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Chief Operating Officer with experience managing a large portfolio of Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent living communities. This organization has an excellent reputation for providing quality of care, as well as making contributions to partners in the community through their foundation. Candidates will be considered who are able to demonstrate prior successful portfolio growth, be financially astute with presenting operational and systems progress to CEO, and have a strong vision for leadership development. Executive compensation package and relocation is available.

Requirements Include:

  • Must have 10+ experience in assisted living/independent living industry
  • Must have 5 years experience in a C-Level position
  • Must have experience overseeing multiple ALF/IL buildings
  • Candidates must have an impeccable track record of accomplishments and employment longevity.

  • Salary range $200k-$225k DOE
