The Role 

The primary goal of the Orientation Specialist is to provide a fun and educational experience for new client’s customers on their first day of product ownership. The Orientation Specialist accomplishes this by assisting with the accurate completion of documents, providing a tailored vehicle orientation, and answering any questions about living with company’s. An implicit responsibility of the Orientation Specialist is to conduct educational conversations and business dealings in a way that creates a superior customer experience that represents company brand values.

Responsibilities

 Welcome customers to the brand family by making their delivery day a fun and educational experience.

 Educate new owners by conducting a comprehensive vehicle orientation, tailored to the individual customer’s needs and comfort level.

 Assist customers with the accurate completion of their delivery documents.

 Prepare vehicles for upcoming customer appointments.

 Foster a feeling of community amongst owners, and provide information about the ongoing benefits ownership.

 Demonstrate a mastery of all company’s products and services, as well as local incentives for owners.

 Keep up with industry trends and best practices.

 Contribute ideas toward improving the company’s  delivery experience.

 Conduct informative and engaging customer tours (Fremont only).

Requirements

 Strong communication and customer service experience required.

 Positive, enthusiastic and passionate about the changes in the personal transportation industry.

 Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts.

 Strong sense of team mentality and reliability.

 Ability to work evenings and weekends.

 Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license as well as an acceptable and safe driving record.

 Legal right to work in the United States.
