Our client is a skilled nursing facility that focuses on Long term care, Alzheimer’s & Dementia care, and post acute rehab with over 200 beds. They are in need of a talented ADON who believes in providing quality care. The ADON is a vital part of the nursing leadership team.
In this role you will work closely with the DON, nursing supervisors, medical director and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure that the patients care plans and needs are being followed and met. This role is responsible for the direction and planning of the infection control committee and the wound care team. The ideal candidates will assist in the supervision of the nursing staff including RN’s, LPN, and CNA’s and assist and lead the team on a daily basis to ensure the tasks and duties assigned. This candidate must possess strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with patients, families, physicians, community resources and the general public.
- 2 years ADON Experience
- NJ RN license
- Long term care/Skilled Nursing Experience
